Clear PVC tubing, 10mm inside diameter x 13mm outside diameter with a 1.5mm wall, in the length you choose (1m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m or 10m). It is a non-reinforced technical hose for moving liquids and air without pressure, with clear walls so you can see the flow, air bubbles and any debris.
Choosing the size: the inside diameter should match the barb or spigot you are pushing onto. The outside diameter matters for hose clips and push-through holes. Cut to length with a sharp knife and push the tube fully onto the barb; add a hose clip where the joint needs holding (clips are sold separately).
Food contact: the supplier states the PVC meets EU Regulation 10/2011 for contact with food and is made without cadmium, barium, lead or phthalates. It stays flexible without hardening, resists light, oxygen and abrasion, and carries hot water up to 60°C.
Uses: aquariums, ponds, pumps and water features, catering and agricultural equipment, plant protection fluids, and oil or screen-wash lines on vehicles.
Not for: pressurised systems such as mains water or pump outlets under pressure. For those, use a braided reinforced hose.
